Mac F - $1,800/month

Hey there! My name is Mac, I’m 37 and have been living in upper Manhattan since 2011. I have an older, diabetic tuxedo cat, Felix who’s an absolute love bug! I have been in the hospitality industry for over 20 years and have a great work reputation around the city. I am currently bartending in the meatpacking district, so I’m gone at work most nights til late. I do have a boyfriend who will come spend the night on occasion, but we mostly stick to my room if that’s the case. I prefer to keep a relatively quiet and clean apartment. I currently have furnishings for an entire 1 bedroom apartment in storage (giant couch, chair, lamps, tv console, all kitchen supplies, etc) so would love to be able to get those out and back to use. Would love to find someone interested in finding a great space to make a cozy home together!
