I am a 25 year-old female currently attending the College of Charleston, pursing a masters degree in Environmental & Sustainability Studies. Most of the time, I am either in class, at the library, or working. I tend to keep to myself and I like to go on walks, garden, and play board and video games. Although I like going out and having fun from time to time if a potential roommate is also searching for a friend.
I am very open-minded and don't really mind what you do. This space is pet-friendly and LGBTQ+ friendly. My apartment prohibits smoking, though.
I have a 9 month-old cat. She is sweet, affectionate, and vocal. She seems to really like small to medium sized dogs, and is a bit iffy around other cats.
My lease lasts until February 2027, but it's under my name. So a potential roommate can stay for any length of time they want!

NOT Pawley's Island - West Ashley in Charleston, SC. I wish that was a selection option!
The rent includes Wi-Fi, water, pest control, and valet trash (but not electric, usually that's an extra $40-$50 a person). There is a 24/7 gym, walking trail, a year-round pool, a dog park, grills, and a car wash station. The apartment also takes recycling.
Lots of community events and very friendly neighbors and staff! Free coffee and hot chocolate in the lobby.
The apartment is hard floor and the kitchen and bathrooms are fully furnished. I have got my own furniture in the living space but my couch and TV are mega small. The bedroom is carpeted and there is a walk-in closet. Can fit a queen size bed in there. Everyone gets their own bathroom and there is a showerhead AND bathtub!
My apartment is located on the first floor. There is a large patio that can fit almost anything out there. Smoking is not permitted (in apartment rules).
1 dog or 1 cat of any size is welcome. There is a $300 pet deposit and then $20 a month.
Parking is available - you can park anywhere here!
