Looking for a roommate to join me in our a beautiful, brand new property on the east side, with a balcony facing the downtown skyline. We live above a brand new Target, Whole Foods, Snooze, Juiceland, and a couple other restaurants and businesses.
Walking distance to Rainey Street and 6th Street, and short walk to downtown. There are parks, trails, and world famous restaurants surrounding the property. The complex includes two pools, two gyms, garage parking and a bunch of other amenities. The lease is 9 months long, with option to extend in March 2021.
The room is 10.5 x 13 feet and you get your own full, private bathroom and walk-in closet.
Washer and dryer are in unit. Everything is new and nice. Our complex feels more like a neighborhood.
