This listing is for a shared room in a 3 bedroom townhouse, which is available ASAP. There are currently 5 young professional women living in the house. The home is located among the beautiful serene nature of the Presidio, yet remains connected to the rest of the City via the 28 Muni.
In addition to your half of the room, you are also welcome to make use of the other communal areas of the house, including living room, back deck, kitchen, laundry, and all 3 bathrooms. We already have the maximum number of pets (a dog, a hamster, & a gecko), so there isn't room for more pets, sorry. There's also a playground with swings behind the house if you're like us and never really lost your inner child.
