Hi, I’m looking for a roommate or room to move in with August 2026 in Downtown Miami or Brickell.

My ideal price range is $1500-2000 each, before utilities & fees for a 2-bed, 2-bath.

I’m looking for a roommate who is clean and respectful. Ideally, someone who is a working professional or graduate student and friendly. I’m new to the area so I’m down to socialize but also really value a clean, quiet space especially on weekdays as I’ll be working a lot. I have a cat named Misty who is very well-behaved.

I’m clean and won’t be in the apartment most of the time. In my spare time, I enjoy lifting, running, watching sports and going to the beach.
