Available Room for Rent

2 bedrooms, Private Bathroom

I have a 3 bedroom house in the Legends Oaks area of SW Austin, which is adjacent to Oak Hill. I have 2 rooms and a private bathroom for rent. I am seeking someone who works full time days in office, as I work full time from home. Everything will be included, including WIFI.
The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. We are not walking distance from shops and restaurants, but are more in a suburban type area with families. However, there are a few H-E-Bs not far and 290/71 is very close. There is a 24-hour Walgreens not far. The biggest cross streets are Escarpment & Convict Hill.
We can negotiate the other garage space, but I believe that should be easy enough to settle on.
The kitchen is dated, but large and I have dishes and plates & silverware, but will have room for yours.
I plan to travel occasionally and would ask you to feed and scoop for my cats while I am away. It's comfortable, quiet, and nice here.
I do drink alcohol, smoke outside and ask for my roommate to be 420 friendly. I have guests only every 3 weeks or so and would like to learn more if you plan to have guests.
I have a single trundle bed (which turns into a King), and a dresser in 1 room, if needed. There would be no furniture in the 2nd room.
