Master Bedroom for Rent

I am an Activities Coordinator for Loma Linda full time. The house is a 4 Bedroom 3 bathroom on 7 acres of land with 3 Labrador Retrievers and 7 Horses. I keep a very neat, quiet home that is smoke and drug free. Our home is a 5013C titled "Lees Pony Therapy" here I provide Equine Therapy to amputees, people with anxiety, others who may have issues with drug use, spinal injuries, or for anyone who simply just would like to learn to ride. The horses have all been rescued and had issues themselves in the past. It took me years to train them, and now they take care of others. If you would like to ride the Horses they are their for you, with proper instruction and are included in your room rental. My 17 year old son also lives with me some of the time, and he is very respectful and quiet. If you were to rent the Master Bedroom it has its own bathroom, and of course you are welcome to the rest of the house as well. Watching Movies downstairs in front of the fire place is always a snuggly place for anyone. You rent includes all Utility's.
