Room Available in Cute Davis Square Apartment!

One bedroom is available in a spacious apartment in the heart of Davis Square! I'm a 35-year-old professional woman looking for a fellow professional roommate - female only and around a similar age. Sorry, no undergrad students (Grad students ok). No smoking. I work in sales on a hybrid schedule, so I'm working from home some days and out meeting clients on others. I'm easygoing, respectful, and looking for someone who's also considerate and enjoys having a comfortable home.

The apartment has a foyer, large living room, full kitchen, free washer and dryer in the basement (always a win!), and a backyard with flowers and a grill that's perfect for relaxing when the weather is nice. The apartment is fully furnished, minus the room that's available. You'll also be sharing the space with one very curious cat who firmly believes she runs the apartment lol. Because of her, and the landlord's rules, I'd like to keep her as the only pet, and unfortunately dogs aren't allowed.

Friends and overnight guests are absolutely welcome from time to time, and it's always appreciated to give each other a heads-up. For larger gatherings, I'd just like us to communicate beforehand so we're both on the same page.

The location is hard to beat: just a 7-minute walk to the Davis Square Red Line station, close to the Minuteman Bikeway, and surrounded by great restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. With a Walk Score of 97, you can easily get just about anywhere on foot. Utilities are split evenly, with heat and electricity typically running about $150–200 per person (depending on the season) and cable around $30 per person. The landlord grew up in the house, has taken wonderful care of it over the years, and is responsive when any issues come up. Room available starting 8/1/26.
