968 Sq Ft Top Floor Apartment $697.00 a month
I’m looking to sublease/sublet the remainder of my portion of the lease, which is Mid-June. This lease of course can then be extended if you so choose (6mos or 1 year). Rent is $697, includes water/gas, it's on the top floor and centrally located amongst shopping centers and various restaurants making it really convenient to get groceries or any other necessities. The unit is 968 square feet, 2 bedrooms (1 is occupied by 1 individual) washer and dryer in the unit and an additional sunroom that can be used as an office or just about what ever you want to turn it into. Pets ARE allowed. My current roommate does not have any pets but is open to having them. The apartment is located in Aurora just West of Hwy 225 on the corner of Iliff Ave. and Peoria. Utah Park is 2 blocks away, while also being conveniently located within 30 minutes to all major Denver metro areas. Winridge is also located within the fine Cherry Creek School District. After speaking with the landlord they are cutting rent in half for the month of May, again due to the current economic climate. It’s a nice place, unfortunately I need to make moves in order to mitigate any sort of long term personal issues.
