I am looking for a female roommate beginning between August 15th and September 1st in downtown Fort Lauderdale. $1850 per month plus utilities. 2/2 with a 1/1 available. Large bedroom with two closets (one of which is a walk in). Private bathroom. Walking distance to Las Olas. The building has the option for 24/7 valet for an additional cost. Must love dogs! I have an 11 year old Pomeranian and she’s literally perfect. I’m 29 and work full time in finance. I typically work out in the field during the work week, aside from Mondays. I’m looking for someone who is clean, respectful, and has a professional career. I love to have a good time but nothing too crazy and during the week I keep things professional. The apartment is fully furnished, you’ll just need to furnish your room.
