About Me

My name is Jake, I'm 38 years old, and I'm looking to rent out a bedroom in my condo.

The Condo: Located near Franklin Park in Dorchester. I'm about 1mile from Franklin Park which has a zoo/golf course/great for dog walks/small trails for hikes. 25mins to Logan airport, 3miles to South Boston, 2miles to 93 South for those quick trips to the Cape, 2miles from the Lower Mills that have some great restaurants, 4 miles from downtown Boston. The commuter rail is a 5min walk, and is only 3 stops from South Station. The condo is 1 of 5 in a new building that was built in 2020. All the units are owner occupied, we are all about the same age, very friendly and quiet. My condo is has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 off street private parking spaces, w/d in unit, central air, with an open kitchen/living space concept.

About me: 38 years old, working in sales. I work from home mostly in the mornings, then usually out the door for work in the afternoons. I have a busy lifestyle with work, family, friends, hobbies, so I like my home to be a quiet, settled, relaxing place. Definitely not looking to make it the afterhours spot after a night out. I'm looking for a like minded invididual, male or female, to share my home and get along with. I'm totally fine if we lead our lives, but cracking a beer over a game once in a while and catching up would be great too.
