Hi! My name’s Emily, I live on 9th St in DT Miami. I work in real estate, but my hobbies include mostly yoga, hitting the beach, and lots of cafecitos. I moved here about 4 months ago with my roommate, but he got a job in DC so now I have the opportunity to rent out the room! The lease is already in place, making it THAT much easier for move in.
