Private room available in a 5bd 3 bed home
Located close to USC and down the street from the BMO stadium( its not located in Hollywood it's right off the 110 freeway 51st exit..There is an in-unit washer and dry and tandem parking spot....rent is 860 plus utilities...I'd prefer someone to want to stay long term if possible but we can communicate once we schedule a walk through of the house..
We are relaxed young adults and like to stay drama free and highly respectful, clean, we are all working so we aren't a loud bunch and yes I would HIGHLY PREFRE someone withba stable income
So if your interested plz bm with a brief description about yourself...move in is on the June beginning of July

For the small rooms its 860 plus a move in fee
