Hello, I have 2 private bedrooms with a shared bath available in Alexandria (Mt. Vernon). It's a nice newly renovated property in a quiet neighborhood.
2 Options:
a) $850 + 1/3 of utilities per month for a regular private bedroom
b) $1000 + 1/3 of utilities per month for a private bedroom + small private room next to your room that can be turned into your office space (also has a closet for additional storage)—perfect for those teleworking.
Deposit (equivalent to 1 month’s rent) + 1st month’s rent due upon move in.
