I have a clean and airy,146 s.f. room on the 3rd floor of a 1909 , 3 bedroom, two bathroom Edwardian house. It has two large windows facing a very low traffic street on College Ave. in SF. The room is furnished with a single bed for single occupancy. The kitchen, dining room, living room, 2 bathrooms, and garden are shared. There is a washer and dryer in the garage. Easy walk to Muni and Bart. The cross street is Mission.

I sometimes work renovating the house on Saturdays.

$1,100 / month. First and last month rent in advance. $250 cleaning/repair deposit.

Myself (Architect and owner) and a landscape Architect ( unrelated) live in the house.
