Dad, Musician, quiet and respectful person. I stay busy and work pretty much constantly. While I do practice regularly for various gigs, I use a headphone setup and it is silent.

I don’t party, I’m a totally sober individual. My work can keep me out late, or gone for a couple days at a time, but I don’t come barging back into the home making a racket.

I do smoke, but I never smoke inside, and am not oppressive in that vice. If I need to go to a parking lot, or take a walk to do so, I will. I don’t plan to continue smoking indefinitely, so may very well be quitting within the next year.

I am seeking a quiet, relaxed place to lay my head at night. I have a 5-year-old son who lives with his mom the majority of the time, but when he’s with me he is also quiet and respectful.

I cannot stress enough that I my utmost concern is being an amiable and conscientious roommate. I want to be able to relax and unwind in quiet peace, and allow you to do the same.
