Recently out of a relationship requiring this move, which should be temporary and for about 3 months hopefully. I am easy-going and helpful, respect boundaries, adhere to house rules, and I do not have a car to park. No animals either. I don't mind guests or gatherings. I have two jobs, both are nearly full-time. I work a lot of the mornings/afternoons remotely, so I will need to have a workspace in my room and internet. My other job is usually evenings/nights and 3 to 5 nights per week. I return home from this job in the middle of the night usually. I am really quiet, but just as a heads up in case there are any early to bed roommates.
