Basement Suite in Alexandria Townhouse

I have a basement suite available in a townhouse in Alexandria. It is the largest room in the house at approximately 21ft x 18 ft. It is carpeted and has a fireplace. There is a large walk-in closet, and another small hall closet for your use in the room. It has a full bath that has recently been remodeled. There is a nice little nook that has been good for a desk for past roommates. It has a well window that gives you some natural light as well as a lot of overhead lighting with sliders for variation. The room is in a shared townhome where everyone has their own room and bathroom, but we share the common areas, including the living room, dining room, kitchen, patio and laundry room. Note that utilities are additional and include heat/ac, water, and internet. They run between $130-$175, depending on the weather. Available to move in now.
