Looking for a possible roommate near Baldwin County, AL (app unfortunately doesn’t offer my area specifically, chose the closest major city). I have two cats (M+F, fixed) and would prefer for my roommate to not have pets themselves. Can pay more in rent due to this. Big non-negotiable is to be LGBTQ+ friendly. Would heavily prefer to meet/have good contact prior to signing anything to ensure we’re compatible. Bit of a workaholic and am gone for minimum 24 hours due to my shifts at work at a time.
