My roomate and I are looking for someone to share our house with.
Rent for the room would be $900+ utilities (water typically around $36 a month bge varies but the highest we’ve seen was $160 per person when split 3 ways) a month on a monthly lease. You’d get the biggest room the only one with a radiator AND window ac. We have a shared living room, dining room, kitchen w/ gas stove and dishwasher , basement w/ laundry and 1 1/2 bath. There is also street parking available as well as a spot in the back. We have one cat who is a big sweetheart he’s almost 2 years old come may.
One thing to know about our cat he has never lived with another animal besides my fish so we are unsure how he would react to new additions so something to keep in mind.
Aeva and I are fun loving people who love to joke around hang out watch shows,play games,go out and value roommates bonding time and would be excited to include our new roomie in the festivities.
I have some crazy hours working two jobs with my earliest of shifts starting at 4:30am and the latest ending at 10:30pm with very few days off so the person running around the house looking for his work hat at 3:45am would be me and the more tired looking person struggling with the door code at 11pm is …also me.
Aeva is a 8:45-5 Monday-Friday working girly so much more free time
We are both artists so the basement is currently an art studio full of creativity so if that is your vibe you’re in the right place (I do stained glass and while diligent about cleaning would recommend shoes)
Overall very nice home with great company, creative spirits, and lots of love.
