Schedule-wise, I'm a bit of a night owl, a light sleeper, and tend to wake up on the later side. A mutually quiet environment during sleep hours is ideal, though I do wear earplugs so you don’t have to tiptoe around or be silent during the day while I'm sleeping in…lol.
