ABOUT THE APT:
- Close to many of the awesome restaurants and shops on Steinway St
- Laundromat is right on the corner
- A basement apt, but lets in a good amount of light during the day
- Utilities (Gas/Electric/Internet) run about $50 a month
ABOUT THE BEDROOM:
The bedroom itself is small to medium sized.
-Fits a double bed a small nightstand, and a bookcase.
-The bedroom has an A/C unit (not installed in the picture but available for you to use) a window, and a closet.
Must be able to show proof of income (e.g W2 or past 3 paystubs).
Must submit to a Credit check. (creditkarma.com or creditsesame.com)
Rent is due on the first of the month! $800 security deposit required!
This will be returned to you at the end of your stay. (Assuming no damage is done to the apt.)
