Hi Houstonians! I'm looking for a clean and responsible person to rent one of the extra rooms in my 3 bed/2 bath home in the Lakeshore neighborhood. Renter will share bathroom with roomate. The room is furnished with a carpeted floor.

Neighborhood is less than a 10 minute drive to grocery stores, restaurants, Beltway 8, and approximately 35-40 minute drive to downtown at non-rush hour times.

Current up-to-date drivers license and reliable transportation is required. Please no criminal history. The background check through TransUnion SmartMove is $40.
