Hi there! Due to a career change my current roommate is relocating and I am looking for someone to move into that room. I do have a dog though she is 17 and does not bark or shed. As a roommate I am fairly quiet and very tidy. I love to explore Dallas just as much as I love a good movie night. The available room includes a big window for natural light along with a large bathroom attached to the room. The common space is fully furnished and bedroom is unfurnished waiting to be decorated and personalized!
The spaced amenities are great and close in proximity to the unit; my personal favorites include the pool and the gym.
The surrounding area has great places to eat and have a cocktail with a grocery store within walking distance and the toll rode is literally across the street. Rarely bothered with loud disruptions for late night noise issues.
