hi! we’re paulette and ralston and we are two female artists working in the entertainment industry in LA (p was on the west side for a year, r is brand new from baltimore!). we have a third room open in our new apartment and would love a new friend to fill the space. we are very community oriented and enjoy hosting galleries, gatherings, and other events. we’re both quite spiritual and seek to cultivate a calm, beautiful environment with another like-minded individual. the house is so charming and historic with lots of its original details in tact. it is in a super walkable location: 5min to silverlake flea, 7min to farmer’s market, 10min to echo park, 10min to canyon coffee. it’s a quick walk down to sunset and all sorts of charming spots like el prado, woodcat, sunday’s best, lowboy, and bar flores. and they’re putting in a sprouts right across the street!

we are looking for someone to move in ASAP! we’d be happy to prorate rent if you wanted to move any time in august. we’re definitely partial to female/nb applicants but open to all!

DISCLAIMER: THE ROOM IS SMALL. IT IS 8x8.5x10ft. 64sqft TOTAL. we are offering the little alcove at the top of the stairs (where all the boxes are rn, sorry, just moved in) as an office or storage spot. there’s also lots of shelf storage in the bathroom closet and above the fridge (both pictured). in addition, there is a spacious living room and kitchen as well as a shared outdoor area, so plenty of room to spread out.
