Hello! A roommate of mine has to leave the city as soon as March 1st. I'm looking to fill her spot! This would be officially signing on to a lease- credit and income check required, first month and security deposit. The apartment is myself (24)(any/all pronouns), Franklyn(23)(she/they), and my cat Ash. We are a quiet household in Cypress Hills next to the J train.
Rent is $750, and it is a third floor walk up. The lease ends at the end of July but we can discuss renewal (I want to stay in this apartment if possible, but I know Franklyn is looking to move a bit closer to their job, thus another roommate would need to be found). This Brooklyn apartment right next to Woodhaven on the J line, close to the A also. Expenses are $750 and your share of utilities. This is a lease add on/takeover so credit and income check is necessary as well as first month and security deposit of the same value. You would be joining me (24)(any/all) and Franklyn(23)(she/they) as well as my cat Ash. The common space is furnished but not the room itself. It does require window unit AC in summer, central heat, and its a third floor walk up apartment. We're quiet and tend to keep to ourselves but very friendly for passing conversation.
