Utilities covered in room price (if you have a friend that would like to occupy and adjacent room and share a bath, great!). The downstairs of the property is for owner (couple) and upstairs for roommates. There are 2 full baths upstairs. There is also a great room to be shared among renters. Street parking available. Attic storage available upon request for added fee. If you want garage parking, that is also available for an added fee. Backyard is for exclusive use of owners, but if you would like to schedule a gathering on the large patio, that is also available for an added fee. Patio can accommodate at least 25-30 people seated.
