Max Budget: around $3,000 – ROOMMATES WANTED to rent luxury Lumina condos (2B/2B or 3B/3B) (201 Folsom St., San Francisco, CA 94105) (Financial District/The East Cut)

Good morning, Everyone!

As most of us are required to return to the office at least two times per week, I am looking for 1–2 roommates to create a housing group and sign a lease together for a luxury condo (2B/2B or 3B/3B) in Lumina (Financial District/The East Cut) before December 1. My date is pretty flexible—I can start the lease one month before (November 1) or one month after (January 1) my current lease expiration date of December 1. I would love to have a spacious place with lots of natural light. My budget is around $3,000, but I am willing to pay more to find a great place. I am looking for a place where the foundational pillars are peace, quiet, and respect. I work from home three days per week now, so I need a space with limited daytime distractions.

- Drama free—looking for housemates who are drama free and for a home centered on respect and communication
