I am a Boston College grad who has lived in Manhattan just under three years. All three have been on the Upper East Side and i love it! I currently have a true two bedroom apartment on 91st and 1st that is $1,500 a person. I am looking for a new roommate because my old roommate decided he could not afford Manhattan anymore.
As for me, I am an avid sports fan, primarily basketball (NBA) and football (NFL) but as someone who grew up playing a wide range of sports, I enjoy watching most. I am a clean person who will take care of any messes I make and am hoping to find a roommate that is the same way. I enjoy going out for drinks sometimes after work as well as on weekends but am by no means what I would qualify as a big partier. I had those days back in college and have grown out of that phase.
I am open to living with either a male of female roommate and look forward to chatting more in order to get to know each other.

This is a spacious two bedroom apartment that i have lived in for the last 3 years. It is a fifth floor walk-up but other then that, the apartment has been great! The super is very nice and in the three years here, i have only seen a cockroach once (over a year ago now). The apartment has a wide open kitchen that makes cooking very easy along with a somewhat open living room. The apartment is essentially fully furnished outside of the bedroom, but my former roommate has a bed frame that he is looking to sell. There is a single full bath along with a large dishwasher (that actually works!). Please feel free to reach out with any further questions.
