I have an unfurnished room available with a mostly private bathroom right across the hall (it’s used for guests and the occasional bath but otherwise all yours). You’ll have access to the shared space (living/dining area, kitchen, fenced backyard) and street parking. The neighborhood is in a super convenient location, close to amenities and nature.

I have a sweet dog who is friendly with people but not always with other dogs. I’m open to another pet but we’d have to see if they get along. I prefer someone in their late 30s and older, who isn’t a heavy drinker and has reliable income. We’d split utilities 50/50 and there is a $700 deposit. Currently I don’t have WiFi but am planning to install soon.
