Roommate wanted in Brand New Concord Condo

Hi everyone!
I am looking for a female roommate for my brand new 2 bed 2 bath condo near Vaughan Metropolitan Centre/Vaughan Mills starting October 1st (annual lease).

About the condo:
> Brand new, never lived in before
> Private bedroom + bathroom
> Balcony & dishwasher included
> Unfurnished (ideally open to splitting cost of couch & dining furniture)
> No parking spot available but you can easily rent one from another tenant in the condo building 🙂
> Wifi & utilities not included (we will split, it’s less than $100/m in total)
> Amenities (gym, pool, rooftop patio, theatre room, party room) opening in 2026.

Steps to VMC subway, 5 min to Vaughan Mills, IKEA, plazas, theatre, and many food spots

Rent: $1,240/month + split utilities (total rent $2,580, I pay $1,340)

Roommate criteria:
Female in early 20’s
Working professional making at least $50K/year
Clean, respectful, and friendly : )

Move-in requirements:
First & last month’s rent
Proof of employment
Minimum 700 credit score
Clean credit report

About me:
I’m 23, just graduated university, and work as a mortgage underwriter. I’m chill, friendly, mostly keep to myself, but would love to have a roommate I can also hang out with.
