You'd be living with 2 roomies(late 20s, one gay male, one female). We are VERY respectful when it comes to space, noise, covid rules and awareness. We expect you to be too :) I guarantee this isn't a place you'd want to move from as most people stay for a really really long time. Normally this goes for $1350, but I don't know what the covid ~market~ is like, so price is negotiable, but ballpark is 1250?
