I’m a considerate, clean, and easygoing person to live with. I work as an administrator in a school district, so I keep a busy schedule and am often out of the house during the day and some evenings. I also go to a nearby gym early every morning, so I tend to keep a steady routine.

I love my pets (2 friendly dogs and 2 friendly cats), so I’m looking for someone who genuinely enjoys animals and is comfortable sharing a home with them. I do like to host friends occasionally and am open to being friendly with a roommate, but I’m equally respectful if you prefer more independence and doing your own thing.

I’ve lived with all kinds of people over the years—siblings, college roommates, and a now ex‑husband—so I understand how to share space respectfully and communicate when needed. My adult daughter may also be living in the house as she finishes college and plans her next steps. The home itself has 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and a finished basement with a brand new washer and dryer, so there’s plenty of room to live comfortably.
