Hi my name is Luxi, and I am a junior student at FIT. I am quiet and clean. I have 2 roommates now, and they are planning to move out before the lease ends, which is in this August, so I am looking for 2 new female roommates to sign a one year lease and live with me ( one lives in master bedroom and the other lives in living room) The apartment is located at 431 W 37Th St, which is in Hell’s Kitchen area, and there is a supermarket downstairs. The size of the apartment I am living in right now is large and the price is still really reasonable. For master bedroom it would be 2100-2200 usd per mouth, and for living room it would be 1600-1700 usd per mouth. The finishes in the apartment are of the highest quality. I looked at over 50 luxury apartments and this building by far has the nicest finishes. There is 24 hours doorman in this building, which is super safe. Also I have laundry on my own apartment.
