I'm buying a lakehouse in Rowlett (12 miles east of downtown Dallas), and am looking for roommates to fill the other rooms (2-3 available). I will be splitting my time between living there and in my other home in downtown. I work in management consulting. I like to travel, go to concerts, and am a big sports fan.

The place is 3,500+ square feet, has a media room, 2 living rooms, kitchen, covered patio, 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. It is waterfront, and I eventually plan on adding a pool to the backyard. The community has sand volleyball courts and docks nearby, ideal for kayaking, etc.. The city is eventually building a resort-style lagoon nearby that is supposed to have a bunch of restaurants, dancing fountain, etc. within 1 mile of the location.

Looking for responsible roommates in the area. Rent is negotiable, listing at 1,000 for now based on listing prices of apartments nearby.

I will be splitting my time between living there and in my other home in downtown. I work in management consulting. I like to travel, go to concerts, and am a big sports fan.
