Hi! My roommate and I have two rooms open in our West Nashville 4 bedroom, 3 bath house. We are both Belmont Juniors working on our Motions Pictures degree. We are pretty laid back, like to have a good time and want our house to be a chill place to come home to. Cleo and I love listening to music, going to concerts, hanging with friends and working on set. The two available rooms are downstairs. One has an ensuite bath and the other has a bathroom next to it. This is a LGBTQIA+ friendly home, left leaning politically and are looking for people that are comfortable in that environment. Move-in August 20th, but we can be somewhat flexible. Large room with private bath is $950 and other room is $750. The place is furnished...most furniture is only a couple of months old. Kitchen is completely remodeled, all new appliances, new bbq grill and new fire pit. If you want your own bedroom furniture, we can move out what is here. Internet and lawn is included in rent.
