I am moving to the city the first week of September. I will be working with a family in TriBeCa who has a son with severe autism. I am a pretty clean person as I’d rather keep up with cleaning up my spaces, especially if shared. I cook most nights as well. I may be working weekends and will be getting off at 8:00pm most evenings during the week.

I am looking for a place near Prospect Park. Preferably in Prospect Lefferts Gardens or Prospect Heights. I am open to other neighborhoods as well in Brooklyn or Manhattan as long as I can commute to the financial district where I will be picking the kid I work with up from school. I have had male and female roommates before and am comfortable with both. LGBTQ+ and 420 friendly.
