Our last roommate was’t the best for a long list of reasons, so really hoping to find someone that meshes well with us. Just looking for a responsible adult who is considerate, cleanly, and pays rent on time. We are very laid back people, both in our 30s. The rent is $700 a month and utilities will be split among st us. The home is a brand new build which finished construction at the beginning of June. The room is currently furnished as a guest room in the making. We can remove the furniture and bed or negotiate a price to allow you use of it.
