Ranch Home - Downtown Matthews

Hi! I’m a 27 year old professional working as a contractor. My hobbies include staying active by going to a local gym, running of the greenway next to the home, or taking a quick walk to downtown Matthews (5 minute walk). I travel quite a bit for work and am usually pretty quiet as I’m exhausted when I get home from being on the road.

The home is located in downtown Matthews very close to the fire station and the local elementary school. It’s a beautiful home with a large partially fenced in back yard with a fire pit and plenty of fire wood! The back is very spacious with a patio with partial cover & fan & skylights. The inside of the home is spacious but cozy as it’s an older home. The washer and dryer and large and new. There is a fridge, dishwasher, plenty of driveway space etc. It’s really a perfect spot. Minutes away from great food and drink as well as the greenway.
