I wake up super early to go to the gym M-F so during the week, very chill vibes. I work from home MWF and Tues/Thurs I am in the office downtown.

Looking for someone to be my roomie near South Broadway! Available 5/1 for move in (or earlier if you need!). Full AC/Heat, washer/dryer in unit, attached garage and plenty of street parking. Has a back patio, backyard, and lots of natural sunlight!

You will have your own private bathroom 2 miles from South Broadway, 8 minute drive to downtown Denver, and very close to highway access for the mountains 🙂!
Open to Male or Female .. just has to be a good fit. I work M-F 9-5 hybrid schedule. When I'm not working I like to hang with my pup, be active, etc. I am definitely not in my partying stage anymore so want roomies who are chill and respectful!

Rent: $1200 - all inclusive!
Lease: 4+ months (ideally longer, but like to start slow)

Pets: No- sorry! I already have one dog here and can't have another with her.
