Responsible to Clean "your own mess" after use in the share areas.
If you are smoker, must smoke near outgoing fan by the window Or, outside.
No Couples. No Loud music. No Parties. No Drugs.

About the rooms: Hardwood floor / 10 ft high ceiling. / A closet / Window / Heat is fantastic in Winter.

Room: Placed a brand new twin headboard + new best twin mattress and a desk/chair. If you are looking for peaceful sleep for next day, this is the right place.

I am full-time working female. Very quiet, very clean, respect privacy, friendly person so same in return, but if you don't want to be socialize, I understand.
