Hi everyone,
I am looking for a roommate to re-sign my current lease with. I think it's a great price for the location and the amenities and I would hate to give it up. The building is a luxury building with a doorman, elevator, central AC/heat, and in-building laundry. The room is a spacious 1 bedroom flex, with plenty of living area and a decent sized kitchen. The total cost is $4100, hoping to split 1950/2150 for the flex vs bedroom, but willing to negotiate. As a roommate, I am generally pretty chill and respectful of shared spaces. Open to M/F/couples as potential roommates.
