Pallavi B - $1,900/month

My name is Pallavi and I graduated from college (undergrad) in December 2020. Another girl and I are moving to NY at the end of Feb. We've found a nice 2 bed/1flex in Hell's Kitchen for $5100 with all utilities except wifi included. It would be under $1600 for the flex room. There's laundry and a gym in the building. We are looking for someone to live in the flex (its a full wall with a window- city view).

We want us all to be friends and hangout, host dinner parties, watch stuff together. We both also like going out, meeting new people, and want to try new activities like dance, roller blading, rock climbing, etc.

We want to have the apartment be quiet by 11:00pm on work nights and 3 am on weekend nights. We are both vaccinated and boosted! Okay with drinking- no other substances in the apartment though please!
