Room available in a house! :)

Hey there! I have a 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath house with current availability. My roommate and I are both Christians and looking for a girl who is like minded. My house is in the Donelson/hermitage area, just past the airport. It’s about 15-20 minutes to downtown, sometimes less if there’s no traffic. The neighborhood is very safe and walking distance to the lake. The room I have available is upstairs, with a shared bathroom with my other roommate. There is also a bonus room/music/band room upstairs that has a futon for guests to stay, if you ever have company visit. We have a back deck, and front porch. There’s also a club house, tennis court, and swimming pool available for our use. It’s $600 a month plus utilities split 3 ways. Please send me a message if you’re interested! Thanks!
