Hello! My name is Luis and i just moved in to this beautiful new apartment! I am located in Mesa in the Dobson and Broadway area! I work a lot and not home a lot of the time. I am looking for a respectful and cleanly tenant(sounds super formal)/ roomate who is willing to pitch in there share I consider very reasonable and fair. The living room is very roomy and open and free for you to make it however you want and be right at home! Ofc you'll have the kitchen, sink and dishwasher at your disposal as you please. Fill the fridge up with whatever you want.(I will not eat your food:)(Feel free to eat mine) Cooking utensils and Tupperware are provided if you'd like to use. Balcony and storage closet are up for yours for grabs, as well as a little organizing shelf in the hallway. Apartment comes with a pool, barbecue areas, and a 24 hour gym. Washer and dryer are at the building right next door. Wi-Fi is included. Place is very cleanly and kept up. Am marijuana and pet friendly.Look forward to meeting you!
