I am looking for a roommate for my house in Mission Kansas. I rent the house house, and I’m looking to fill my extra room as my ex partner moved out six months ago, and I would like a little help with the rent. I have a two year old, white doodle named Louis who is super sweet, and does not make a mess. I would prefer a non-smoker. This is an LGBTQ friendly household! I work in specialty retail, and I’m always very busy. I only have Sundays and Wednesdays off. On Wednesday evenings, I do teach a couple of voice lessons to my private students. the bedroom available is big enough to hold a queen size bed. The basement which is about 1000 ft.² is mostly finished, and could be used as your private living area as well.

This is a 1200 square-foot ranch house with a front and backyard, and a one car garage. There is a basement of which 1000 ft.² are finished and could be used as another living area for my roommate. The living room office and dining room are furnished, there is plenty of storage space in the basement as well. It is a one bathroom house, however, I keep things very clean, and use a monthly cleaning service as well. Looking for a responsible professional to share the house with on a month-to-month basis, or we could make an agreement that is longer term.
