I have a studio apartment and half of my room is vacant. My studio is about 350-375 sq feet and half of the room is unoccupied. My apartment is newly renovated and has a washer/dryer in the unit. Wifi, utilities, wash, garbage concierge will all be included in your rent. There is also a gym with a boxing ring and heavy weight bags along with an indoor pool that you can get access to for being a part of the community. Everything in my apartment is fairly new as the building was renovated a few years ago. I am also literally a 2 minute walk from the red and purple line, there is also an Aldi's and Target that is about a 5 minute walk from my apartment. There are also a lot of restaurants and a newly renovated theater within walking distance from my apartment.
