I am a female federal government employee and grad student at GWU. I love to read, enjoy the outdoors, and explore the city. I'm an avid cook and a casual drinker. Obsessed with hockey (go Caps!) and can't stop playing Animal Crossing. I would love to be able to keep a plant alive someday. I have people over occasionally but always for low-key events like dinners or hangouts. I love for my home to be a peaceful place to escape to.

Sunny Virginia Square apartment for rent
We're in a quiet neighborhood but are a five minute walk from the Virginia Square metro stop, Giant, and the library. I have lived here for two years and love the area and landlord.
The apartment is a two bedroom with one bathroom and includes a washer/dryer in the apartment and parking off the street. Utilities come to around $100 a month. It gets incredible sunshine at all hours of the day and has a large backyard.
There is an option to move in during the month of May with enough notice. The previous roommate will leave her bed if you need it. Tours will be virtual initially.
