Second floor apartment (top floor) with a small balcony featuring a decent view. Kitchen and living room have furniture, but the bedroom you would get is unfurnished. Should mention that there is only one parking space. My departing roommate and I would switch off week to week with who had it, and there's street parking nearby. That said, I'm more than willing to work out a deal if you would like to have the parking space exclusively. Pets are allowed, but it would require an additional payment per month. Laundry room on site. Great coffee shops, stores and restaurants nearby.

Pics of living space and bathroom only right now because my roommate is still moving out and in the process of taking his personal stuff from the bedroom. That said, it's good sized room with a large closet.
