Ed H - $3,000/month

My name is Ed and I’m a 25 year old male originally from NC. I don’t play professional sports however I do work for a professional sports league which requires me to do a good amount of traveling. There are months where I won’t be home for 2/3+ weeks back-to-back (obviously will still pay my fair share of rent). I graduated from the University of Alabama and have lived in Tampa, FL ever since. Looking to move to NYC towards the end of January. I’ll be going to my office ≈4 days a week and plan to work from home 1-2 days a week. I like going out to bars on the weekends occasionally during the week if there’s good sports on or a special occasion. I'm laid back and go with the flow - I enjoy going to sporting events and watching them however/whenever I can (NHL, NFL, F1, CFB, CBB, etc.). I like to keep things clean and am generally not a loud person.
